My client is seeking an Assessor and Facilitator to join their dynamic team. The company is based in Century City in the Western Cape.

A relevant qualification in Education, Training, or a related field on NQF 6 and higher
Assessor and Moderator certification for NVC (New Venture Creation) qualification on NQF Level 2and NQF Level 4.
Assessor and Moderator certification for Generic Management Qualification on NQF Level 4 and NQFLevel 5.
Proven experience in facilitating and assessing skills programmes and learnerships.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the languages.
Advantageous conversational Xhosa and Zulu.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assessment**:
Conduct assessments for NVC Level 2 and Level 4, and Generic Management Level 4 and Level5 learnerships.
Ensure assessments adhere to relevant quality assurance standards.
Provide constructive feedback to learners and support their development.
**Facilitation**:
Set up the training area in a way that reflects the company’s value of professionalism andexcellence.
Facilitate training sessions for learners enrolled in NVC and Generic Management learnerships.
Create engaging and interactive learning environments.
Adapt facilitation methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
