**Description**:

- Position - Stores AdministratorPURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To Control and Administer Stock within in the Store and to provide support service to the Stores Manager.
- REPORTING TO
- Stores Manager
- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage the movement (transfer and issuing) of both physically the stock in the Stores as well as administratively on SAP.
- Arrange delivery notes, packing lists and markings for collections and deliveries of Stock.
- Ensure all items issued on packing slips correspond with what is picked for delivery and collection.
- Delivery and collection of import and export.
- Operation of forklift, crane and mobile jack.
- Responsible for all Stores related procedures.
- Assist the Sales Division on issuing deliveries to the Customers.
- Administer goods received on SAP.
- Arrange and process Purchase Orders for transport, deliveries and collections to the Mine or Client.
- Assist on data capturing on Company’s SharePoint system.
- Management of Out of Stock report.
- Packaging and all other related shipping duties.
- Stock value and Stock take.
- Housekeeping.
- MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Matric Certificate. (Non-Negotiable)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft > Word, Excel & Outlook. (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience. (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid Code 10 vehicle driving license. (Non-Negotiable)
- South African Citizenship. (Non-Negotiable)
- Forklift driver/operator licence will be an advantage.
- Experience working on SAP will be an advantage.
