**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting and supporting the HRD Superintendent in the implementation of the Bursar and Practical Trainee Attraction and Sourcing Strategy and the Talent Management Strategy.
- Implementing and administering of the bursary scheme processes and practical trainees programme, inclusive of sourcing and management.
- Executing all the talent management administration and record-keeping for monitoring and auditing processes.
- Supporting the HRD Superintendent in conducting benchmarks with other mining houses in the management and administration of the Bursary schemes.
- Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper administration of the Bursars, Practical Trainees and C-Lower talent pools.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- A registered Psychometrist will be advantageous.
- Drivers’ License (Code B/08).

**Minimum Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferable HRD Administration.
- Computer proficiency in all MS Office Packages.
