Bookkeeper / Stock Controller Managed People

**Aqua Mart** is a retail store that specializes in irrigation and other water equipment.
The shop is located in Gants Plaza, Strand, **Western Cape**. We are looking for a
young, dynamic bookkeeper to keep track of accounts and stock control.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and control of daily stock counts and investigation of stock related queries
- Plan, prepare and administer all stock take counts
- Manage and control all stock take count
- Processing of bank account and reconciliation
- Credit card control and reconciliation
- Daily cash ups and balancing
- Accurately complete journals and accruals on a timeous basis
- General office admin, filing and adhoc tasks
- Assist Finance Manager with the annual statutory and BEE audit

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Diploma in accounting or the equivalent
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles
- Understand how to balance large bank accounts
