Our reputable **Food Retail client** based in **Bluff** is seeking a skilled **Deli Manager** to join their team.

**Salary**: R15,000 pm

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 5-7 Years Experience working as a Deli Management Position
- Have own reliable transport
- Computer Literacy essential
- Excellent customer service skills, honesty, and reliability
- Previous experience managing a team
- Point of Sale Systems knowledge is desirable

**Responsibilities**:

- Experienced in Home Replacement Meals
- Managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes of the Deli Department to company

standards.
- Follow the Company sales and production planning standards and ensure that the deli department achieves the standards of performance outlined.
- Ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision.
- Kitchen safety techniques and health standards.
- Set daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the kitchen, hire, train, and discipline employees, and set work schedules.
- Keep tabs on food cost, waste, and employee hours, doing their best to optimise profit.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bluff, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- deli manager: 1 year (preferred)
