Job Function:
HR Administration, Personnel Administration, Capturing and processing of information, Recruitment Function, Reporting, Orientation, Administration of Employee Files and Documentation, Completion of Documents on an ADHOC basis, Monthly reports

Desired Qualification & Experience:
Must have Matric;
HR related qualification;
2-3 years’ experience in HR/ Office Management or relevant administrative functions and must possess a good knowledge and understanding of HR,

Fully bilingual in English & any other official South African language/s;
Fully computer literate;
Creative and trans-formative thinker;
Self-motivated, positive, energetic with excellent leadership qualities;
Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written) and a team player;
Excellent human relation skills

Requires confidentiality;
Positive attitude,

Professional and friendly to a very high degree;
Ability to manage and supervise responsibilities delegated to him / her;
Necessary administration abilities and skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Musgrave, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
