- A reputable company specialising in providing logístical support to productions within the vibrant entertainment industry, seeks to employ a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join their finance team as a Junior Creditors Clerk. This role will play a crucial part in managing the accounts payable processes, including capturing suppliers, reconciling supplier accounts, and processing staff petty cash transactions.
- Responsibilities:

Capturing of Suppliers:

- Accurately capture and input supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Verify invoice details for accuracy, including amounts, dates, and descriptions.
- Maintain organized records of all supplier invoices and relevant documentation.
Reconciling all Suppliers:

- Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of payments.
- Address any discrepancies promptly and communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues.
- Update and maintain supplier records with accurate information.

Processing of Staff Petty Cash:

- Administer petty cash transactions for staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify petty cash vouchers and receipts submitted by staff for reimbursement.
- Reconcile petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of petty cash disbursements and balances.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in a relevant finance qualification is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
