**ISO Controller/Johannesburg**

To maintain and continuously improve the ISO Integrated Management system, ensuring that the organisation operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting business objectives and targets as well as ensuring that the business is compliant with Legal, standards and other requirements.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Timely, accurate and efficient preparation, distribution, and management of documentation.
- Create a sound internal control and monitor adherence to them.
- Proactively conducts Internal Audits on processes, practices, and documentation [Includes but not limited to Hygiene Audits, Supplier & Sub-Contractor Audits], as well as ensuring that findings & observations are closed out accordingly together with compiling relevant Audit reports.
- Sitting in on all External ISO Audits i.e. 3rd Party Audits, Certification Body Audits, etc.
- Correspondence to employees on all legal compliance, internal policies, and procedures.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and practices relevant to the organisation.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
- Draft and revise company Policies and Procedures
- Ensures that the Company's Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Legal, Standards, and Other Requirements are adhered to.
- Ensures that mandatory quarterly meetings [Management Review Meetings and HSE Committee Meetings] are held.
- All outcomes are targeted and actions out, as well as compiling relevant minutes and task allocations.
- Reporting of all workplace related incidents and ensuring that internal investigations are completed accordingly.

**Salary**: R8,075.72 - R21,411.31 per month
