Japanese Agent

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese Agent to join our client's team. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- B2 - C1 Level Japanese
- Must have a passion for people and customer service
- Must be a South African Citizen or Have Valid Right to Work Documents
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Making calls to customers to provide updates or follow-up on issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance metrics
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
