A **Campaign Administrator** in a call centre is responsible for managing and optimizing outbound call campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and effectively. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Managing Dialler Systems**: Overseeing the dialler system to ensure efficient call distribution and minimizing downtime.
- **Monitoring Campaign Performance**: Tracking key performance metrics and analyzing reports to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- **Configuring Campaign Settings**: Setting up and configuring dialler campaigns, including dialing frequency, attempts, and optimization.
- **Troubleshooting Issues**: Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during campaign operations.
- **Coordinating with Team Members**: Working closely with agents and other team members to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generating reports on campaign performance and providing insights to inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: At least 1 years of experience in dialler campaign management or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of dialler software, predictive dialing systems, and associated telephony equipment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Pay: Up to R8 000,00 per month
