Junior Maintenance Planner

1 years' experience in planning planned maintenance work in a similar environment.
- 1 years Technical knowledge of Plant equipment and machinery is important.
- Basic knowledge and experience on dMS or any other CMMS
- Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant national NQF level qualification. in Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical
- Driver License, Own vehicle would be an advantage.
- MS Office 365 knowledge and experience.
- MS projects knowledge and experience.

**Roles**
- Help with day-to-day planning functions
- Printing of job work orders
- Capturing of returned work orders Create reservations Create purchase orders.
- Ordering of spares.
- Ensure reliable, available, and profitable maintenance by correct maintenance plans, task list and frequencies.
- Ensure availability of critical spares
- Ensure scheduled weekly planned job work orders are issued to line managers
- Reviews and screens each Work Request/Order on dMS to see that it has been properly filled out.
- Schedule jobs to be done and recommend best sequence to accomplish the work. Consults supervisor/s on recommendation.
- Obtains blueprints, drawings, instructional manuals and special procedures as needed, from files or other sources to facilitate the highest degree of accuracy in the planning process.
- Generate PM (Preventive Maintenance procedure) by estimating the task, sequence of steps, the numbers of workers (artisans / technicians) and required labor-hours (planned in minutes) for each step. Lists determinable materials, special tools, equipment, hired equipment and contracted services needed.
- Maintains Backlog register in accordance with priority limits.
- Once a job is planned, prior to scheduling, verifies the availability of parts

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R16,500.00 per month
