**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver impeccable butler service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the residents and their guests.
- Greet and interact with visitors and guests in a warm and professional manner, reflecting the highest standards of hospitality.
- Assist with meal service, including setting up and clearing tables, serving beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms are well-organised and comfortable.
- Polish silverware, fine china, and other precious items to keep them in pristine condition.
- Provide personal assistance as needed, including running errands, managing appointments, arranging transportation, and assisting with wardrobe maintenance.
- Collaborate with other household staff to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the residence.
- Adhere to a set schedule of 7:30 am - 7:00 pm, with an hour or two designated for lunchtime.
- Maintain a discreet and professional presence while respecting the privacy of the residents.
- Display charisma, excellent communication skills, and a thick skin to handle various situations with grace and composure.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping and maintenance tasks, including knowledge of fine object care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with residents, guests, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Personal assistant skills, including managing schedules, appointments, and basic administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work on a seasonal or full-time contract basis.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and be on-call for emergencies.
- Familiarity with etiquette and protocols associated with butler service (preferred).
**Job Type**: Temporary
**Salary**: R30,000.00 per month
