**Responsibilities**:

- Operates Gravure machine, troubleshoot and monitors operation.
- Prepares machine by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high-quality product by precise control of feeding, adjusting colour to match customer goals, register and clean product to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Makes adjustments, clears jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality.
- Ensures effcient and rapid make ready, with unloading and loading.
- Support and communicate all ISO standards and quality objectives to the team.
- Maintain and follow all company policies and procedures for safety, personal protection equipment at all times while in designated areas and specific tasks requiring use of PPE.
- Follow established precudures and guidelines for the handling and disposal of all hazardous material/waste.
- Properly stores and arranges work area to maintain cleanliness by following all safety rules and regulations for grounding, storage, spill clean -up etc.
- Use of close vision, distance vision, colour vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Motivate the team to improve quantity and provide training as required to Print Assistants.
- Conduct team meetings when necessary and consistently uses appropriate established channes of communication.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

- Matric
- Gravure Printing qualification and/or Trade
- Minimum 5 years operation of Gravure Print Machines in Plastic Manufacturing Industry.
