**Purpose of Position**
This position is to fulfil the role of classroom assistant at the Pebbles Project Hemel en Aarde Education Project and is responsible for the supervision of learners.

**Critical Focus Areas**
Daily Supervision of learners during arrival, playtimes and leaving school
- Classroom Assistance for educators in Grades R to 7
- Administration and team Support

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Education
- Computer literate
- A minimum of one year’s work experience in a similar role
- Fluent in written and spoken Afrikaans and English
- Must have a valid driving licence and own reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of our great team
- Ability to work flexible hours (pre-care, weekends and evenings occasionally)

**Must have the ability to**:

- Communicate well with children and adults
- Pay attention to detail
- Follow instructions
- Demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills
- Multitask
- Be creative, resourceful and flexible
- Learn and grow

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:00

Friday 07:30 - 15:00
