Well established factory are looking for a Factory Manager / Foreman to oversee the running of their factory. Our client is looking for an experienced and technically orientated individual that ideally has experience in the timber / furniture manufacturing industry. This is a well established family concern that supply cabinetry for both the local and export market.

**Duties include**:

- Overseeing work in the factory
- Overseeing and control of staff in factory - including monitoring of attendance and overtime worked
- Maintenance and care of machinery
- Quality control
- Stock control
- Checking of good received and dispatched
- Liaising with sub-contractors

This role calls for an individual that is willing to learn, is technically orientated and dedicated. Must have previous experience in a similar role.
