Night Sister

There are two positions available for Registered Nurses at a beautiful, tranquil Retirement Village in Krugersdorp. These positions will require each nurse to work night duty seven days on, seven days off.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Observe and record patient behaviour
- Perform physical examinations
- Collect patient health history
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
- Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
- Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
- Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
- Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants and care workers
- Experience in Geriatric Care will be a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 84 per week

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- RN: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Afrikaans (preferred)

License/Certification:

- SANC receipt (required)
