- Execute on Department Financial Analysis and Planning
- Promote the function through the creation of a SHEQ centric workforce, including advice and training
- Effective people integration of acquired businesses into the Group’s SHEQ culture
- Update and implement incident management and SHEQ procedures
- Facilitate SHEQ committee meetings
- Conduct branch audits
- Monitor contractor SHEQ compliance
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
- Ensure adherence to legal and compliance requirements with local authorities
- Provide critical customer feedback to management
- Assist with the implementation of Group SHEQ Management System
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant B. Degree
- 3 years related experience in Retail
