Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters, including case analysis, strategy development, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations to support legal arguments.
Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
⁠Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
⁠Manage and organize case files, documents, and evidence.
⁠Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
⁠Stay current with developments in case law, legal trends, and procedural rules relevant to litigation practice.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant Qualification needed
1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
⁠Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyse complex legal issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
