Landscape Architect

TruForm Landscape Architects, a subsidiary of BPAS Architects is looking for a Landscape Architect at their **Bellville **office;

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Masters of Landscape Architecture or equivalent qualifications
- Registered with South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession (SACLAP)
- Medium to Large scale Commercial & Institutional project experience required

**General Duties**
- Principal agent
- Contract & Project management
- Project presentation and interaction with clients
- Interacting with multidisciplinary teams
- Formulation of: Bill of Quantities, Specification, Fee proposal & Tender adjudication
- Contractors claim processing and certification
- Drafting (plans & details) in Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit
- Drawing rendering
