Our client, one of the leading **business financiers** for viable small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the world, is looking for an **Area Manager **to join their **Business Investment Department** based in **Tygerberg.**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Marketing, presenting and building networks.
- Recruiting, developing, managing and retaining staff at the area office.
- Managing the investment process of the area office by screening and evaluating proposals, providing guidance on due diligence, reviewing reports, managing the integrity of the book and ensuring that supporting administrative procedures are in place.
- Attending and making decisions at various committee meetings.
- Maintaining operational support functions at the area office.
- Assuming income/expense responsibilities for the area office.

**Qualification/Experience Requirements**:

- **Minimum Requirement**: A Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in Business Investment.
- Experience in Banking, sales and marketing.

**Location**: Tygerberg.

**Salary**: R70 000-R80 000 depending on experience

**Starting date**: As soon as possible.
