Responsible and a ccountable for the daily activities relating to inbound and outbound stock / assets movement within the distribution centre Ensuring operational execution of the stock management process and associated controls, as defined within the Stock Management Policy.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Manage and Control Inventory Within Warehouse(s) And Store(s)
Conduct monthly stock-counts and manage stock levels in alignment with BCX’s policies and procedures
Regularly liaise with Regional Service Manager, Service Managers & Engineers regarding outstanding backup equipment
Procure Stocks And Services
Effectively procure consumables and services from approved suppliers
Liaise with Service Managers and Engineers
Maintain Warehouse(s) And Store(s)
Ensure that all backup equipment is stored, packaged and handled according to the current National Logistics Standard and relevant ISO 9001 policy
Supervise Staff
Ensure that staff are adequately trained and cross trained
Ensure that staff are accountable for their responsibilities or lack thereof
Manage Quality Requirements
Ensure that all ISO procedures that have been documented are strictly followed at all times
Ensure that the minimum standards of packaging, as per documented procedures, are adhered to
Continually ensure that all health and safety requirements within the warehouse or store environment are not only met but also adhered to
Sustain Internal Client Relations
Continuously maintains good relations with all internal clients Functional Skills

2 years’ experience in stock management with ICT related stock
Working knowledge of MS Office
