**Job Summary**:
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement and sourcing of goods and
organization to ensure that procurement needs are met, while also maintaining high standards of quality
and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key

responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.
- Train and supervise a half-FTE to ensure the procurement department is working at optimum level.
- Work with various departments within the company to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
- Source, negotiate and purchase goods and services from vendors in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure that all goods and services meet quality standards.
- Manage the procurement budget and ensure that all procurement activities are within budgetary constraints.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures that are in line with the company goals and objectives.
- Manage the procurement team and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and changes to ensure that the company's procurement strategies are up-to-date and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a BPO company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
