**Main purpose of the job**:

- To conduct data collection involving DXA and/or ultrasounds, scan analysis, and ensure that the outputs are delivered on time with the desired outcomes

**Location**:

- **Agincourt - Bushbuckridge (Mpumalanga Province)**

**Key performance areas**:

- Responsible for study data collection involving DXA and/or ultrasounds, scan analysis
- Archiving and backups, quality control, and equipment maintenance
- Preparation of study reports for researchers

**Required minimum education and training**:

- **A tertiary qualification in Radiography and Registration with the Health Professions Council of SA as a Radiographer are essential**

**Required minimum work experience**:

- **Experience with DXA and Ultrasonography**:

- **A minimum of 2 - 3 years of Radiography experience**:

- **Research experience - prior involvement in research projects - will be an advantage**

**Desirable additional education, work experience, and personal abilities**:

- A well-developed work ethic, and capacity to work under pressure and after hours are required
- Advanced computer literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook) will be an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to the Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga area, essential
