- _**Grade 12 / NQF L4 / similar field**_
- _**+- 2 Years’ working Experience in cleaning industry.**_
- _**Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Admin / Quality Check Supervisor or similar role**_
- _**Experience in recruiting and hiring.**_
- _**Experience in evaluating staff.**_
- _**Experience in leadership roles**_
- _**Ability to plan and organize.**_
- _**Understanding of customer service principles and practices**_
- _**Excellent multitasking skills**_
- _**Proficiency in using MS Office**_
- _**Strong problem-solving skills**_
- _**Great interpersonal skills**_
- _**Ability to work well in a team environment.**_
- _**Strong verbal and written communication skills**_
- _**Good time-management skills**_
- _**Ability to work well under pressure.**_
- _**Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.**_
