Alarm Monitoring Controller

**Duties**:
Monitor alarm activations, CCTV and Tracking units
Dispatch response to alarm activations and vehicle recoveries
Call clients regarding their alarm activations

**Minimum Requirements**:
PSIRA Certificate Grade E (or higher)
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office and Listener Suite)
Able to work 12 hour shifts
Alarm Monitoring experience (1 year)
Based in or around Richards Bay or Empangeni areas

**Salary**:As per Government Gazette

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

All individuals are required to wear a mask, temperature screening at entrances, wash hands regularly, and social distancing etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Alarm Monitoring: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Grade C PSIRA Certificate (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
