**Your Duties and Responsibilities...**
- Regular reporting and analysis on various aspects of the business.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of actual performance vs forecast and vs budget
- Reporting on and analysing various sections of the P/L, including Ancillary revenue, Property costs & Utilities.
- Assisting with the maintenance of our 5 year forecasting model and the development of this model.
- Financial appraisals of investment opportunities and revenue streams, including:

- Financial modelling and scenarios analysis;
- Analysis of member and other business information in support of an investment or revenue stream
- Preparing relevant, concise and accurate reports supporting the model for Management.
- Manage, prepare and reconcile the monthly DO runs for certain revenue streams, namely PT, Tenants and Watersports
- Maintain month-on-month forecasts vs budget and actuals, for various revenue streams
- Assist in providing the relevant support for annual audit
- Maintain 5 year forecast for lease renewals and updating of lease tracker
- Budget preparation and analysis to support strategic direction of the business.

- Good writing and reporting skills using MS PowerPoint.
