THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER:
**HR CLERK (REF:HR/02/2023)**
**The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties**:
- Capturing leave records on Excel spreadsheets and conduct leave audits.
- Verify training courses and book training for employees.
- Assist with medical aid and provident fund enquiries.
- Recruitment - schedule interviews and assist with the administration.
- Capture data for the ATR and WSP submissions as well as other reports.
- Prepare data for payroll.
- Other HR functions.
**The applicant is required to have**:
- Matric with Maths.
- Diploma in HR Management or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- A valid code 8 driver’s license.
