Press Supervisor

Press supervisor with previous working experience in the rubber industry or manufacturing industry.

**Essential Duties**

Supervises all functions within the Moulding/Press Area to ensure timely and efficient production output

Main responsibilities include scheduling and prioritizing of all Moulding Department functions within the areas of housekeeping, production making, problem solving and planning.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the work done by carrying out these job responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Ensuring that realistic targets are set for individuals within the department and that they are met when agreed to.

Interviewing prospective employees

Training employees

Planning

Assigning and directing work

Rewarding and disciplining employees

Addressing complaints

Safety and resolving problems

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
