**Job Overview**:
As a customer relationship consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships and making contact with customers of various respected motor dealerships. You will be required to make service bookings, data cleanse their database, discuss current requirements, and ensure contact and vehicle details are all up to date.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties/tasks of the function include but is not limited to:

- Conduct all tasks in a professional manner.
- Manage aftersales contacts allocated to you.
- Making outbound calls via the Aftersales diary.
- Make workshop bookings for respected dealers.
- Meet daily on monthly targets.
- Ensure service reminders are sent.
- Follow up and give feedback on all client queries.
- Look for opportunities to up sell products.
- Manage all relevant administration processes.
- Reporting of results and problem areas directly to your supervisor.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism to all clients.
- Build relationships with the respective service advisors and workshop managers.
- Gain an understanding of Pinewood DMS and other systems required for the role.

**Inherent Requirements of the Job**:

- Comprehensive customer service experience.
- Motor industry knowledge advantageous.
- Fully computer literate.
- Target driven.
- Professional communication skills in English and Afrikaans (both written and verbal).
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Punctual.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Dedicated to giving excellent customer service.
- Strong affiliation to the Motify company values.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
