**Experience and Competencies**
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent would be advantageous
- 5 years proven previous experience a similar role
- Knowledge of South African Labor Laws
- Excellent efficiency to accomplish assigned duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Software; Payroll or any relevant HR software
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
HR Administration
- Preparation of disciplinary documentation
- Management of staff accounts
- Upkeep of important documentation, employee personal info, filing, control and regulate the management of staff uniforms which includes processing and distribution of uniform orders.
Employee relations
- Incident Reports
- IOD Document submissions
- Issue of Disciplinary notices
- Liaison with external company on hearings
- Processing leave (Maternity and Sick Leave)
- Processing employment contracts
- Administer of training needs
- Management of employee timekeeping/clock in system
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Southport, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- HR Administration: 5 years (required)
