A global client within the Logistics Industry is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the global reward function, with a special focus on the year end processes

**Requirements**:

- Strong advanced Excel skills are required (including VLookups, Pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience in Reward analysis
- Knowledge of budgets and basic payroll accounting
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable contributing to complex and conflicting priorities
- Ability to select the relevant from large volumes of data
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organizational and time management skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support the compensation and Benefits study. Work along with the Global HR’s and vendor’s to collect and analyse data from market-based compensation surveys to determine market trends.
- Support Global and Country HRs to ensure salary structures effectively set and operating according to internal policies and legal obligations
- Support compensation team to properly process Merit files for year end, short and long term incentives.
- Lead salary budgeting for the different regions
- Compensation data analysis and reporting
- Work on cloud-based platform that specializes in human capital management - i.e. maintain employee data hygiene, compensation structures, merit cycle process, etc.
- Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary scales for Job Profiles
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
