We are in search of Intern Property Practitioners who possess curiosity, determination, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a sociable and outgoing nature. The position involves effectively leasing and selling properties, contributing to the ongoing expansion of market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain the integrity of the LIONLEAD Real Estate brand ethos.

**Responsibilities**
- Create an active listings database for real estate rental/sale properties, with information location, features, m2, etc. as per company template.

Prospect clients to generate client leads to lease/sell property.
- Pull CMA reports on properties.
- Send Landlord/Seller our pre-listing pack and pre-completed mandate with CMA info.
- Obtain FICA documents from Landlord/Seller and save to the server.
- Obtain Body Corporate Rules, Financials and AGM Minutes. (if sectional title/homeowners association) and save to the server.
- Schedule the photographer with Landlord/Seller, Tenant and Photographer.
- Select the photos that you want use according to a scale of property.
- Ensure the photo quality is according to the company standard.
- Visit properties and ensure that you take your check list with you.
- Make sure of all the extra costs for the tenant and confirm in writing to Landlord.
- Download the photos and save to the server.
- Prepare the listing on Propdata and ensure that the mandate dates are correct.
- Ensure that write-up is according to the company standard.
- Feed the listings onto the online portals.
- Receiving enquiries and respond in a timeous manner.
- Follow up with prospective tenant/buyer after viewing.
- Provide landlord/seller with feedback after viewing.
- Facilitate negotiations between Landlords and Tenants.
- Facilitate negotiations between Sellers and Buyers.
- Draft leases/offer to purchase agreements, addendums and annexures.
- Forward onto Tenant/Buyer for signature and then Landlord/Seller for signature.
- Present lease/offers to Landlord/Sellers.
- Ensure the document is completed and signed correctly.
- Bi-Weekly feedback to owner + Adhoc when you had a viewing.
- Price counsel and review properties viability on your property portfolio.
- Promote properties with social media posts.
- Maintain your FFC (real estate license) and knowledge.
- Complete accredited NQF 4 qualification
- Compile a Logbook
- Write the PDE Exam

**Real Estate Agent Requirements**
- Must have 6 months real estate call centre experience and track record.
- Experience with sales.
- Clear criminal and background check.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property.
- Possess laptop, cell phone and a valid driver license.

**Remuneration**

Purely commission-based

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- De Waterkant, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (required)
