Receptionist/Admin

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.

If you are a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, this position is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team.

Manage and organise documents, files, and records.

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Assist in coordinating meetings and events.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent English

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office software and equipment.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Professional and courteous demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: R10,000

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
