We at RCL FOODS are in search for a Store Clerk to join our Bread, Buns & Rolls business unit. The role will be based in Tzaneen and report to the Transport Manager**.** RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to be responsible for maintaining an inventory of motor vehicles parts at the workshop

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Check parts catalogue for proper identification.

Contact vendors to obtain comparative quotes.

Prepare parts requisition on Syspro.

Create GRN and GRV on Syspro.

Receive shipments from vendors and verify correct parts received.

Check vendor packing slips / invoices for accuracy.

Enter receipts and distribution of parts / supplies onto a tracking document.

Issue replacement parts to mechanics / Depots and keep records of all issues.

Raise gate pass and TM approval for all parts, tyres, lubricants, fuel leaving the premises.

Assist mechanics in choice of parts and provide detail on job cards (cost and parts).

Receive and complete all job cards on tracking system - We do not use Freeway.

Manage oil and lubrication stock sheet and balance daily.

Assist Depots with parts and consumables needed and keep records.

Conduct periodic stock take and reconcile balances.

Replenish fast moving stock items timeously.

Order and receive of bulk fuel and manage daily fuel issues.

Ensure bulk fuel tank issues are verified and balanced daily.

Assist with duties in the absence of transport clerk.

Capture tyre job cards in accordance with tyre fitter/manager.

Track tyre fitments and casings for retreading and manage the process.

Track casing/tyre scrapping and keep records.

Manage Stores housekeeping - Tyres, Spares, Oils and other transport stores.

Must have excellent commercial parts, tyres, lubricants, and general knowledge.

Ensure availability of parts according to repair and service plan.

Manage stock levels to acceptable levels.

Manage RFC (return for credit) spares - (incorrectly supplied).

Ensure accurate bin allocation for all parts, tyres and lubricants.

General commercial workshop knowledge process flow.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum of Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license.

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience with buying and admin experience.

Ability to communicate with English.
