Excellent opportunity for qualified Nurse to manage the day to day running of Special Needs Care Home. This compassionate, organized, assertive individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be responsible for the following:
- Staff Management
- Residents
- Administration
- Management of medication
- Facilitation of policies and procedures
- Health and Safety
- Ensuring that the maintenance and cleanliness of the Home is kept in accordance with the standards required by the committee
**Qualification & experience required**:
- Completed Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nursing qualification
- Ability to live-in on site is ESSENTIAL (Self-contained Cottage is provided)
