Electrician Artisan

**Electrician needed in Knoppieslaagte, Centurion.**

Section 13/ 26D or 28 Electrician Trade Certificate.

**Completion of Electrician Apprenticeship Program Required.**

Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle.

All Documents MUST be included with CV.

3 - 5 Years working experience Post Trade as an Electrician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, & other electrical systems.
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures & equipment for all electrical systems.
- Install safety & distribution components (e.g., switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits & networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits & connect wiring through them.
- Prevent systems breakdown by routinely inspect and replace old wiring & insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions & repair or substitute damaged units.
- Good working relationships & collaboration with all key stake holders.
- Ensure tasks are completed effectively in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to standard to maintain company quality standards of product & services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Share business development opportunities with management.
- Share in department goals & creating implementation plans.
- Ensure safe working environment.
- Meet quality standards & regulations.
- Stay abreast with latest technology developments.
- Able to bend, climb, squat, reach & kneel.
- Able to read & understand electrical blueprints, schematics, & diagrams.
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials & equipment.
- Able to operate hand & power tools associated with electrical work.
- Able to calculate basic mathematical problems.
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
