**Remuneration**:
± R 25 000 - 30 000 dependant on experience plus performance-based Incentive - Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Gap Cover, Company Vehicle and Fuel and Cell Phone Allowance

**Duties include managing & overseeing**:
**Sales **- Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements.

**Marketing** - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction.

**Leadership **- Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets.

**Customer Care** - Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,

**Stock Management** - Ensure best stock allocations and mix to meet customer needs and demands with the best vehicle options.

**Performance Management** - Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must have min Automotive Sales Management experience of 5 years+ at a franchise dealership
- Experience within a high volume brand
- Fleet Sales experience
- Self and Target Driven
- Leads Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Result Driven
- Marketing knowledge
- Must have MS Office, IPartner, Evolve, Sales Workplace Experience
- Valid Drivers License

**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Vehicle Sales Management: 3 years (required)

- English (preferred)
