**Minimum requirements**:

- Must be proficient in Solidworks
- Be proficient in sheet metal design
- Must understand machining processes
- Assessing new project and gathering the required specifications before proceeding with the design.
- Understand and implement fitting tolerances
- Have a fair knowledge base of steels / metals and plastics, their properties and where and when to implement them.
- Matric
- Solidworks certification
