Your duties look like this:

- Liaise directly with international suppliers
- Effective and clear purchase order control
- Ordering raw materials and forwarding purchase orders to suppliers
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Produce the daily production plan
- Monitor the flow of production throughout the different departments (from beginning to end). Track and expedite plans to ensure that stock is produced and delivered within the clients’ time frame
- Liaise directly with the sales and marketing department on delivery dates requested for key accounts and smaller retailers
- Analysing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock
- Assign daily workload to Warehouse manager and supervisors for all departments
- Liaise with relevant support departments to ensure availability or raw material and resources
- Ensure quality standards are adhered to
- Daily meetings with supervisors to discuss the day’s expected output and ensure preference is given to expedited orders

**Salary**: R23,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northern Suburbs, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
