**Job Description Summary**:
As an MSP Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the MSP team and the Managed Service Providers (MSPs) that fall into the On-Demand Partner Program, ensuring smooth sales and onboarding operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the MSP Team in administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and provide exceptional customer service to our MSPs. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be essential in ensuring efficient sales processes and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist the MSP team with various administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, managing sales databases and revenue analysis, Hubspot task management, answering and routing MSP queries.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate and schedule onboarding meetings, demos, and presentations, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to MSP inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Ensuring on going management of the MSP CSAT surveys and promoting MSP testimonials for the program. Importantly managing the parameters of the On-Demand program into the MSPs ensuring the integrity of the overarching program.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the MSP team to generate proposals, contracts, and presentations following internal guidelines and procedures.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update MSP information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Management of the task driven activities for the MSP onboarding program until completion.
- **Order Processing**: Facilitate order processing, including managing order fulfilment, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- **Internal Communication**: Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of sales efforts.
- **Sales Documentation**: Assist in creating and organising sales collateral, presentations, and sales materials to support the sales team's efforts.
- **Lead Management**: Assist with the qualification and management of leads from lead generation sources.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to overall sales team productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with partners, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools/software. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
