Executive Housekeeper

Presentable Housekeeper / Home Executive with excellent communication and organising skills, required to manage and oversee the household and property of a Hillcrest based top Executive.
Minimum requirements:
- Well presented and professional demeanour
- Previous experience in managing a household, hospitality, staff and property maintenance required
- Own transport essential as you will be required to do necessary shopping and other ad hoc duties
- Excellent communication skills essential
- Hours are flexible, but would be expected to start at 8am to ensure domestic staff arrive on time
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of full-time domestic staff (2 cleaners & 1 gardener). This would include time management, discipline when necessary, overseeing their duties, ensuring uniforms are neat and purchasing new uniforms when necessary, arranging cakes for birthdays etc.
- Running personal errands for Executive, such as drycleaning, taking clothes to the tailor, taking vehicles for services, drop off and pick up at the airport, personal shopping etc.
- Shopping for the household - ensuring food cupboards, wine cellar and fridges are always well stocked, ensuring that cleaning supplies and toiletries are always replaced before they run out etc.
- Arranging cleaning of curtains, carpets etc. when necessary, replacing linen/floor mats/glass wear/crockery/home items etc. when necessary.
- Arranging and meeting contractors at home for maintenance related issues
- Preparing dinner (weeknights only, and meal boxes are ordered from UCook so it would be set meals with recipes and cooking instructions).
