- Two years successful track record in Provider Network Management
- Must have experience in provider relationship management.
- Experience in case / claims management will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy and MS Office skill
- Have ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Have diligent work ethics with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing secretarial and administrative support in order to facilitate an efficient and organised environment supporting the providers,
- Responsible for contracting of providers for networks
- Enquiry management on contracting terms and other provider requests
- Accurate capturing of provider contracts and information on the system
- Support other departments with information relating to contracts and any other provider management enquiries
- Fulfil various stakeholder engagements as mandated by the head of providers
- Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills and capability to interact with people at all levels
- Good planning and organising capability
- Good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong administrative skills such as record keeping and updating
- Motivational skills
- Demonstrate a professional image
