Clinical Associate

Mediwell Dainfern, a leading medical and dental practice in Fourways, is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications or certification as a Clinical Assistant or Medical Assistant.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must reside around Johannesburg or be able to travel to Mediwell Dainfern in Fourways, Dainfern.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting medical professionals in patient care and treatment procedures.
- Coordinating the nursing department.
- Preparing examination rooms and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Taking patient vitals, recording medical history, and updating electronic health records.
- Administering medications and injections under the supervision of healthcare providers.
- Assisting with medical procedures and minor surgeries as needed.
- Providing compassionate care and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
