**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of residential properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with on-site staff, including security, maintenance, and front office teams.
- Handle contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
- Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing any violations.
- Address and resolve residents’ complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and activities to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Provide regular reports to the HOA board regarding progress, issues, and ongoing initiatives.
- Organize and conduct Estate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other relevant meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an estate manager, property manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, including financial management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
