**Sales Manager - New and Existing Energy Solutions (NAES)**
**Location: Paarl**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**:Honours Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
**Other Requirements**:
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
