**DUTIES**:

- Manage parts counter sales functions.
- Manage/supervise Parts staff
- Monitor actuals sales to budget & ensure daily targets are met.
- Ensure good customer relations and service.
- Manage customer back orders & ensure timeous delivery.
- Ensure procedures are adhered to with regards to ISO requirements.
- Manage COD's cash box & verify COD cheques, bank transfers & bank deposits for validity and ensuring that all parts-related debtors queries are resolved.
- Ensure procedures are adhered to with regards to data capture, admin & other control requirements.
- Check alternate sourcing of parts & ensure high level of availability to customers.
- Control after hours standby duties & ensure high level of service to customers.
- Inventory control and ensure that registers are maintained
- Best coverage of new machines in the region
- Available to assist other small Branches will be required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric / ABET Level 4
- Diploma in Material Handling /Stores Management will be an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a parts environment essential.
- Applicants must have strong communication/negotiation skills.
- Must be motivated & resourceful.
- Must be computer literate and have SAP experience
- Bell product knowledge is essential.
