Our client is seeking a **Weighbridge and Tank Farm Supervisor** to join their team, based in Mobeni, Durban. Successful candidate will oversee the offloading and loading of tankers, ensure the safety and quality of different cooking oils and maintain daily and monthly inventory control. Must have experience in the food industry, be proficient in using computer systems for inventory control and reporting and be knowledgeable about different types of cooking oils and safety procedures. Minimum Requirements:

- *Matric or equivalent *Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food industry *Knowledge of different types of cooking oils and their properties *Experience in daily and monthly inventory control, quality control, and Safety procedures *Familiarity with Weighbridge operations *Proficiency in computer systems for inventory control, reporting, and other related tasks *Associate Degree or higher in a related field *Experience with SAGE or other inventory control software *Certification in Food Safety or Quality Control *Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
