We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven _Telemarketing Specialist_ to join our team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities. This individual will focus on _cold calling_ potential customers in the vehicle tracking and fleet management industry, specifically in the _B2B (Business-to-Business)_ space, ensuring that our New Business Sales Hunters across the country have filled diaries with high-quality appointments.

This is not a sales role - it's about _creating introductions_ and securing opportunities for our sales team to shine

**Telemarketing Specialist Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage potential customers via outbound cold calls.
- Research and identify key decision-makers and prospective clients within the industry.
- Introduce our company, products, and value proposition in a professional and engaging manner.
- Secure high-quality appointments for the New Sales Hunting Team.
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target markets and appointment strategies.

**Telemarketing Specialist**Skills required**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar lead generation role.
- Proven ability to schedule appointments and build relationships over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Sage, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Understanding the fleet management, telematics, or vehicle tracking industry is beneficial but not essential.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
- A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Relevant telemarketing or sales-related certifications will be an added advantage.
