**About this opportunity**:
**Location**: GIZ Offices Hatfield, Pretoria (with flexible remote work options through GIZ's mobile working policy)

**Project Duration**: This is a shared position until the end of 2024:

- 80% of the time allocated to S2PYEI
- 20% of the time allocated to CPD4E After 2024, the position will be fully allocated to CPD4E.

**Contract Duration**: This position is available until 31 May 2026, aligning with the project's commissioning period.
**To be considered you need the following**

**Qualifications**:

- A Master's degree in Economics, Politics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is required.

**Professional Experience -**Bring Your Expertise to the Table:

- We're looking for someone with a proven track record in employment promotion (**8+ years of experience**).
- ** Experience navigating complex political landscapes** and **aligning skills training with industry needs** is a major plus. Do you understand the ins and outs of **innovative financing models** like pay-for-performance? That's a game-changer for us.
- ** Bonus points** if you've spent **at least 3 years strengthening the TVET system** or advising on employment policy.
