We are currently looking for Experienced, confident and well-driven individuals to join our telemarketers team. Valid Prior Experience of at least 6 months, is required for this position. This is a great opportunity to step foot into the world of business. **Responsibilities**:

- As a Telemarketer at Baruch, you will be responsible for:_
- Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing services.
- Presenting and explaining our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Gather and record customer information correctly

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English or the Afrikaans language.
- Persuasive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
- A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or additional education.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Previous 6 month experience that needs to be proven valid.
